Job Descriptions:
- Assist the sales force in selling efforts with plantation customers that need agronomic support and technical and business development advice.
- Work closely with Plantation R&D team to define their agronomy needs, create solutions and build long-term relationships that will generate sales of pesticides.
- Develop and maintain a current list of customers and prospects and develop a plan to increase sales to each producer
- Doing Trials and monitor the results in Plantations and make the report
- Make recommendations to customers that will positively affect their bottom lines
- Drive sales growth with new and existing top growers in assigned territory
- Customer service is our priority: Serve patron in a manner that promotes our company, promotes customer services and delivers our patrons the services they need to succeed with their operations.
- Perform any other task requested by your supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy is required with related direct field sales and agronomic experience.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Basic computer, excel and current software skills
- Should have minimum 10 years’ Experience in Agriculture Industry (Fertilizer & Pesticides).
- High management ability, strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- The ability to have a good understanding of the agricultural market.
- The ability to develop marketing plans for new products in the agricultural market
- Having good database about pesticides clients especially for plantations
- Experience in customer relations and retention for plantations.
- Excellent team management skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to mobile, as coverage area
