Responsibilities:
- Execute, develop, and execute sales strategy
- Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs
- Leading the Team in achieving the target to bring in new clients
- Building a business according to the company’s strategy, expectations and standards
- Identify and analyse the potential market regarding business opportunities to bring in new clients
- Develop business plans with potential partners
- Help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Sales Manager is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy is required with related direct field sales and agronomic experience.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Basic computer, excel and current software skills
- We are looking for a high-performing sales manager who has a strong ability to communicate with existing clients and attract new clients, in addition to a strong ability to manage and train the sales team.
- Should have minimum 5 years’ Experience in Agriculture Industry (Fertilizer & Pesticides).
- High management ability, strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- The ability to have a good understanding of the agricultural market.
- The ability to develop marketing plans for new products in the agricultural market
- Having good database about pesticides clients.
- Experience in customer relations and retention.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, team management skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to mobile, as coverage area
